1. Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• The platform provides job posting, application management, resume search, and AI-powered tools.

• You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell content from the platform.

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Services.

  • Share downloaded resumes or personal data of job seekers with third parties.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Access to certain features requires subscription or pay-per-use fees.

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice.

• Unauthorized use of our Services beyond your subscription limits is prohibited.

5. Job Postings & Content

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings.

• Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted resumes and profile information.

• By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Services.

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Resume Access & Restrictions

• Resume downloads and AI resume suggestions are limited according to your subscription plan.

• Resumes are for internal recruitment purposes only and may not be redistributed, sold, or shared outside your organization.

• Misuse of resume data may result in immediate account termination.

7. Privacy

• Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store information.

• By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials on the platform are owned by us or our licensors.

• You may not use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

9. AI Tools Disclaimer

• AI features, including resume suggestions or candidate ranking, are assistive tools and do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

• We are not liable for hiring decisions based on AI recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for:

  • Lost profits, business opportunities, or data.

  • Any errors or inaccuracies in content, resumes, or AI suggestions.

  • Unauthorized access or use of your account.

• Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification
